Codes of Connection Immersion

Our need to connect is wired within our DNA, yet our modern world seems to encourage the opposite.

The art of safe, respectful, loving touch has been somewhat lost, whilst unconsciously or consciously, we wear social masks and adopt habits and protective mechanisms that sabotage our true desire for authentic connection.

In this half day immersion, we explore the essence and wonderment of connection through mindful practices that support us to flourish in relating to others. 

Through experiential practices of attunement, vulnerability, consent, polarity, conscious touch and somatic safety, we delve into codes of connection with full presence and honouring of Self and Other. We'll practice listening and understanding energy beyond what is spoken, We'll learn to sense and feel our boundaries through deep listening and experience holding space for another and being held with an opportunity to give and receive bodywork.

About your facilitators...

Emma and Paul are Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork therapists with a collective background of Somatic Healing, Kinesiology, Men's Work and Bodywork. 

This collaboration comes from a shared desire to experience life in deep connection, with Self, Other and Source. The intention of this offering is to facilitate an interpersonal exploration of relating through a somatic lens to enrich your life and relationships.
