You’re invited to Coffee Brigade’s Breakfast with Purpose — a special morning to celebrate community, connection, and impact.

For over 55 years, Coffee Brigade has been serving fresh sandwiches, hot drinks and warm conversation to Brisbane’s most vulnerable, offering more than a meal — a sense of belonging. This breakfast is our chance to bring together our incredible supporters, volunteers, and wider community to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and look ahead to what’s possible.

Our MC for the morning will be Evan Bancroft. Evan “Banger” Bancroft is a beloved figure in Queensland cricket circles and a professional MC known for his warmth, humour, and knack for storytelling.

We're excited to share that Jeff Horn, Former WBO World Welterweight Champion and Olympian, will join us as a guest speaker. Jeff has a proven track record of excellence in competitive sports, education, and public speaking and is known for resilience, leadership, and inspiring personal transformation. Jeff's an experienced educator and ambassador for youth development and anti-bullying initiatives.

We're also honoured to welcome Pam Barker, CEO of Brisbane Youth Service (BYS), an organisation dedicated to supporting homeless and vulnerable young people and their children. With over a decade of experience working with children and young people, Pam is deeply committed to achieving better long-term outcomes, particularly for those at risk of or experiencing homelessness, including those in out-of-home care.

This year we’re keeping things simple by focusing on what we do best — sharing good food, conversation, and purpose. Your presence not only celebrates the impact we’ve already made, but also helps us continue our mission of supporting those experiencing homelessness, social isolation, and hardship across Brisbane.

Your ticket includes breakfast with fresh tea and coffee, fruit platters, Danish and pastries, and an egg and bacon roll (dietary requirements can be accommodated). Most importantly, the majority of every ticket purchased goes directly to supporting our friends in need across Brisbane. For every ticket sold, we can provide several days of fresh meals and hot beverages to someone in need.
