Event description

Join us for a special session with Wheelchairs For Kids Australia

NDIS Coffee Connect is a networking event for NDIS Support Coordinators, Service Providers, Plan Managers & Advocates to catch up, connect, collaborate and have a cuppa!

Join us for a very special Coffee Connect as we welcome Br Olly Pickett, 2025 Senior Australian of the Year, and Lois Moir, Occupational Therapist, from Wheelchairs For Kids Australia.

Br Olly has dedicated nearly 30 years to hand-building life-changing wheelchairs for children in need and helped build the first paediatric wheelchair to WHO standards for developing countries. Under Olly's humble leadership, WFKA has gifted 65,000 to mobility-impaired children around the world.

Lois, an OT from Perth, has spent her retirement years travelling around the world fitting wheelchairs for children and training OTs, physios and locals in developing countries to fit WFKA's unique design.

Don’t miss this inspiring conversation with two remarkable individuals making a global impact—right from our local community.
