Coffee Connections - Networking with a Difference, December 2026

Connection over coffee - the conversations that actually matter.

Running a business can feel isolating. Between juggling responsibilities and wearing every hat, it's easy to go weeks without a conversation that leaves you feeling genuinely connected.

Adelaide Hills Tourism invites you to Coffee Connections - a relaxed morning gathering for business owners and team members across the region to slow down, share what's really going on, and connect with others who understand the journey.

Just good coffee, good company, and conversation worth having.

Details:

• Date: Tuesday 8 December 2026

• Location: Grew Cudlee Creek - 2297 Gorge Rd, Cudlee Creek

• Timing: 9:30am - 10:30am

• Cost: Free* - coffee/tea provided by AHT.

• *Registration is required. Limited capacity to allow for meaningful participation.

Why this is different:

This isn't about collecting business cards. It's about depth over volume - real connection with people who understand what it's like to run a business in the Hills and have an honest conversation about what's working and what isn't.

Facilitator Bel Ryan, a mental health clinician with over 20 years' experience, gently guides the conversation with thoughtful prompts - enough structure to keep things flowing, enough space to let it go where it needs to.

What you'll experience:

• Genuine connection with fellow Hills operators who understand your journey

• Honest, meaningful conversation about the realities of running a business

• A sense of community and peer support across the region

• Space to pause, reflect and recharge

• Practical wellbeing insights from a qualified professional

• Permission to prioritise yourself for an hour

Who it's for: Business owners and team members across the Adelaide Hills looking for genuine connection, support and a moment to step away from the daily demands.
