Perils and Possibilities

Some perils for family businesses are similar to those in other businesses. Are we in the right market? Is our product still relevant? Are our finances vulnerable?  There are other perils that are more specific to family businesses. Do family members understand their roles in the business and respect boundaries? Do they have unrealistic expectations about what the business owes them?  Does the business adapt to changing times and environments?  We will open the dialogue to the perils of family business and the possibilities we see to prevent and cope with them.
