Who is The Heartwired Evolution for?
The Heartwired Evolution caters to seasoned, reluctant, accidental, and newly promoted leaders, as well as those who aspire to a leadership role.  It’s aimed at leaders seeking to understand human behaviour, navigate the changing workplace, and boost team performance. The greatest prerequisite for the program is an interest in investing in developing one’s own leadership skills and self-awareness.

The core focus of The Heartwired Evolution Leadership Program

Is to expand your leadership capabilities around emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience, as well as evolve your ability to adapt to the new world of work, leveraging the critical role interpersonal relationships will play in a workplace radically altered by the growing dominance of AI.

Real-world, real-time implementation

Delivered in a group-based format with leaders from other industries and with different perspectives, The Heartwired Evolution emphasises hands-on, practical sessions where participants actively interrogate their own team’s data in real time. This is not just theory, and it's not "go away and figure out how to put it into practice;" it's about real-world implementation right there in the room!

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT FOR THE HEARTWIRED EVOLUTION LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?

The Heartwired Evolution Leadership Program consists of six in-person workshops over a period of 5 months:

  1. ONE pre-program, 30minute, one-to-one intention-setting session  
  2. ONE full day kick-off workshop (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  3. FOUR half day workshops (1.30pm - 5.30pm) 
  4. ONE full day workshop + graduation ceremony (8.30am - 6.30pm)

Why spread The Heartwired Evolution across 5 months?
We often get asked why we spread The Evolution across 5 months.  Well, having participants constantly revisit the data and key leadership principles during those two full-days and four half-days over a period of five months results in deeper learning, better retention of information, and more practical leadership proficiency.  As anyone who's ever attended a 4-day residential leadership program will know, it's very easy to forget learning that's been crammed in, in a short space of time.

How large is each cohort?
The Heartwired Evolution is restricted to a maximum of 12 participants to enable the content to be highly personalised and to provide you with deeper insights about the specific peopke in your team.

Who is the facilitator?
The Evolution and its workshops and learning activities are designed and facilitated by Dawn Russell, founder of The Heartware Group.  Dawn's vision is to create a world where every workplace is staffed with passionate, purposeful, committed people.

    WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM DATES FOR 2025?

    Cohort Two of the Heartwired Evolution Leadership Program is convened over 6 workshops spanning a 5-month timeframe.  Sessions One and Six are full days of deep, experiential learning, while Sessions Two through Five are half days (1.30pm - 5.30pm).

    Session One: TUESDAY 10TH JUNE 2025  from 8.30am - 5.30pm (full day including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea)
    Session Two: TUESDAY 1ST JULY 2025  from 1.30pm - 5.30pm (half day including afternoon tea)
    Session Three: TUESDAY 29TH JULY 2025  from 1.30pm - 5.30pm (half day including afternoon tea)
    Session Four: TUESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2025  from 1.30pm - 5.30pm (half day including afternoon tea)
    Session Five: TUESDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER 2025  from 1.30pm - 5.30pm (half day including afternoon tea)
    Session Six:
     TUESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER  from 8.30am - 6.30pm (full day including morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, graduation ceremony and celebration)

    2026 program dates will be advised in early October 2025. 

    WHAT'S YOUR INVESTMENT?

    Apart from time and a willingness to learn and try new things, your investment in The Heartwired Evolution Leadership Program is as follows:

    $6,000 + GST for first participant from organisation (including full access to PI software for 6 months)
    $5,000 + GST for second participant from same organisation

    EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: $5,000 + GST per participant (limit of 4 places) - available until 10th March 2025.
