On the Day You will be greeted and supported throughout the below by our friendly team Station Setup Photocopying Identification (ID) Documents Justice of the Peace – ID Certification On-site JP will certify copies of ID documents as required for the application. Fee Waiver Support Assistance with completing the fee waiver form (one per certificate) so it is free. Online Application Station Support to complete the online application. Postage Station Pre-addressed envelopes and stamp provided. You will receive a letter outlining next steps and be invited to provide feedback on your experience.

Documents must be current (not expired). At least one must have your photo. Choose one of these options: Option 1: Two documents from category 1, or Option 2: Three documents from categories 1-4. (You can pick only one from each category). If you live outside Australia, you can provide the foreign equivalent documents. Please book in on the waitlist and come at that time.

Our experience is that for many valid reasons some people who have booked in are unable to attend on the day.

Please come along with all of your documentation and we will do our best to make sure you are welcomed promptly.
