Cold Chics x Happiness Co Foundation WOMEN'S WELLNESS MORNING
Event description
Join Happiness Co Foundation and Cold Nips for a morning dedicated to women’s wellness to celebrate International Women's Day
Filled with movement, self-discovery, connection and breath.
The morning is split into two segments!
1. Start with a donation based 30-minute outdoor yoga session on the grass led by Hannah Morcombe from Innerglow Guide followed by an optional dip!
2. Then for those looking to make a full morning of wellness out of it, head indoors for a 60-minute workshop with Carla Thomas from Happiness Co and finishing with a 45-minute breathwork session with Kylie Falconer from Add Goodness.

🧘🏾♀️ 8am - 10pm Wellness Workshop & Breathwork at Sunset Terrace Scarborough Function Centre
*All profits go towards charity Happiness Co Foundation & running future support events around women and domestic violence.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga & dip only - yoga mat, water bottle, swimwear and towel.
Full Morning - yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel (optional), swimwear and beach towel, change of comfy clothes for workshop and breathwork, journal or notebook and pen, cushion (optional)
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Hannah Morcombe Hannah is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT250hr), Youth Mentor and the owner of Innerglow Guide. She is passionate about the practice and benefits of Yoga, meditation and mindfulness tools that aided her in healing her mental, physical and spiritual health.
Carla Thomas Carla is the Wellness Coordinator at Happiness Co. As a certified Holistic Counsellor in Mind-Body Medicine, she is passionate about educating on mindfulness, connection and whole food nutrition. She is especially passionate about women’s wellness and teaching methods and approaches women can use to hear themselves, find themselves and continually connect back to themselves.
Kylie Falconer With a degree in neuroscience, Kylie brings a unique depth of knowledge to her role as a breathwork facilitator, yoga instructor and Pilates teacher. She is dedicated to empowering others with tools to support their nervous system, find harmony between work, life and wellness, and embrace small, impactful changes that lead to feeling better every day. Kylie’s warm and encouraging presence inspires those around her to connect deeply with themselves, creating a space for growth, balance and rejuvenation.
