Cold + Conscious Altona

Join us for a summer of connection and growth as you take the plunge with Cold + Conscious.

Our weekly sessions are a place to get comfortable being uncomfortable as we engage in breathwork, ice baths and other wellness activities designed to help connect you deeper with yourself as well other like minded people in the community.

Tickets are free, with an option to donate - Registrations are ESSENTIAL. Donations are incredibly helpful and go towards helping us cover the costs and ensure we can continue providing amazing events for the community in the future.
