Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a refreshing cocktail before embarking on your Sauna & Cold Plunge journey. Ice Cold Club coaches will guide you through the cold plunge process, helping you embrace the challenge and reap the rewards of extreme temperature shifts. After 1.5 hours of rejuvenating contrast therapy, you’ll enjoy a Classic Green Goddess Smoothie: a revitalizing mix of Avocado, Banana, Spinach, Mint, Lime, and Pineapple.
