A Curated Content Creation Experience for Heart-Led Businesses

As heart-led practitioners and small business owners, we pour so much of ourselves into the experiences we create for others.

Yet when it comes to sharing our work online, many of us have the same challenge...

We have very few authentic photographs that truly reflect what we do.

Our sessions become difficult to explain through words alone, and finding the time, people, venue and photographer to create genuine content often feels overwhelming.

Collaborate & Capture was created to change that!

This is not a networking event. It's not a branding photoshoot. It's not a retreat.

It's a thoughtfully curated experience where heart-led businesses come together to showcase their work, experience one another's offerings and leave with a beautiful collection of authentic professional content.

How the Day Works:

Limited to 10 featured practitioners, each participant will facilitate a short version of their offering throughout the day.

This could include:

• Breathwork

• Reiki

• Sound Healing

• Yoga

• Creative workshops

• Tea ceremonies

• Art

• Cooking

• Coaching

• Holistic therapies

• Mindfulness & Meditation

• Or another heart-led business or creative offering.

Each facilitator is allocated time to hold a genuine mini session while the rest of the group participates naturally.

During this time, a professional photographer captures authentic moments as they unfold.

No staged poses.

No hired models.

No pretending.

Just real people experiencing your work exactly as it is intended.

After each session, the group rotates to the next facilitator, allowing everyone the opportunity to both facilitate and participate throughout the day.

Riverdell offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing us to thoughtfully match each offering with a setting that complements your brand and creates visual variety throughout the day.

Before The Event

Approximately three weeks before the event, all participants will join a compulsory online creative planning session with Christalee and our photographer.

Together we will:

• Meet one another.

• Learn about each business.

• Plan your offering, to work with the time limit.

• Discuss your vision.

• Allocate spaces around Riverdell.

• Review props and branding.

No two Collaborate & Capture events are ever the same.

Each gathering is intentionally designed around the incredible mix of practitioners and businesses attending.

Important Information

Collaborate & Capture is intentionally limited to 10 featured practitioners and businesses.

This isn't because of venue capacity, it is a conscious choice to ensure every participant receives the time, creative attention and personalised experience needed to leave with authentic content they genuinely love. Quality has always been more important to us than quantity.

Photography & Content

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that professional photography and videography will take place throughout the day.

This includes:

• While facilitating your own offering.

• While participating in the offerings of others.

• During shared moments of connection, collaboration and community.

A curated gallery of images featuring you and your business will be provided following the event for your own marketing, website and social media use.

Photographs captured throughout the day may also be used by Riverdell Spiritual Centre and the event photographer for future promotional purposes, including websites, social media, newsletters and marketing material.

If there are any specific images or situations you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know during the pre-event planning session so we can respect your preferences wherever possible.

Creating Your Space

Participants are encouraged to bring the items that best represent their business and create a space that feels authentic to them.

This may include:

• Rugs

• Cushions

• Candles

• Flowers

• Branding materials & more

Our goal is to capture your business as naturally and authentically as possible, creating imagery that truly reflects the experience you offer your clients.

About us:

Christalee Marrone is Riverdell's Events Manager, and a facilitator of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. With a passion for creating meaningful experiences, she brings together creativity, connection, and organisation to ensure every event feels both seamless and inspiring.

Having spent years behind the camera capturing authentic moments, Christalee now combines her creative eye with her love of holding heart-led spaces where people feel safe to be themselves. She believes the most powerful content comes from authenticity, and she's passionate about helping others feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen.

Collaborate & Capture was born from her own experience as both a photographer and a facilitator. Like many practitioners, she realised she was always behind the camera documenting everyone else's work, while having very little authentic content of her own. Wanting to solve this challenge for herself and for others, she created a unique experience where practitioners can showcase their gifts, connect with like-minded businesses, and leave with a gallery of genuine, professional imagery that reflects the heart of what they do.

Meet Your Photographer

Shay is the creative eye behind Lens Life Photography, where she specialises in capturing authentic, heartfelt moments that tell a genuine story. With years of experience photographing families, couples, milestones and life's meaningful moments, Shay has a natural ability to help people feel comfortable in front of the camera, allowing their true personality to shine.

Her approach is relaxed, warm and unobtrusive, focusing on the moments that unfold naturally rather than creating staged or forced images. From shared laughter and quiet connection to the little details that often go unnoticed, Shay has a beautiful way of documenting experiences exactly as they happen.

Throughout Collaborate & Capture, Shay will be moving between each practitioner's offering, thoughtfully capturing the essence of your work, your interactions, and the unique atmosphere you create for your clients. Her goal is to provide you with a gallery of authentic, professional imagery that reflects not only what you do, but how it feels to experience your offering.
