  • Plan with Purpose: Learn a proven process for designing agendas that keep meetings focused, productive, and centred on student learning.

  • Overcome Obstacles: Identify common challenges that hold teams back, and develop strategies to move forward with clarity and commitment.

  • Measure Impact: Discover how successful teams track their influence on student learning, using quick checks, SMART goals, and evidence-based processes.

  • Build Strong Norms: Practice how to set clear roles, shared norms, and accountability structures that make teamwork sustainable.

Day 2: Accredited Mentor Program

Become a certified mentor and lead collaborative transformation in your school

Take Your Leadership Further

If you have already experienced the Collaborative Teams That Work Retreat, this next step is for you. The Accredited Mentor Program is a powerful, hands-on day that equips you to lead CTTW professional learning in your own school. With full certification, a mentor licence, and a complete suite of resources, you will be ready to inspire, guide, and embed this work with confidence.

What You Will Gain

Across the day, you will:

  • Strengthen your leadership by exploring the “big picture” of why collaboration transforms schools and what it takes to sustain it

  • Master four critical mentor capabilities: navigating content and processes, knowing when to advocate or inquire, liberating colleagues to own the work, and compelling others through storytelling

  • Receive a complete mentor toolkit with licensed presentations, templates, and resources to deliver CTTW with fidelity in your context

  • Design your own action plan, ensuring the program is tailored to your school’s needs and ready for immediate implementation

  • Join an ongoing community, with four group coaching sessions each year to refine and grow your practice

Why It Matters

Accredited mentors are at the forefront of building collaborative cultures. You will leave this program not just with knowledge, but with the certification, licence, and resources to make a lasting difference.
