Are you a young LGBTQIA+ international student, alumnus, or ally (friends, chosen family) looking to connect with others over the holidays?🎄🌍
If you’re looking for some fun ways to kickstart this holiday season, come join our Collage Making Workshop: Holiday edition!
What to expect
During our 3 hour workshop, you'll get to meet new people in a relaxed space and create your own collage exploring themes about holidays, belonging and connection. You'll be guided through some collage making techniques and can choose to work freely at your own pace or collaborate with someone to make a masterpiece!
No artistic experience is needed - just bring your stories and imagination! All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own pictures or materials. We’ll also have refreshments and snacks ready to go while you create art and catch up or make new friends.
This workshop is led by queer international students who love crafting and are excited to spread some festive cheer. We know holidays can be hard for those of us away from home so whether you're coming on your own or with a friend, we're excited to welcome you!
