Description

LCSA is pleased to provide another opportunity to register for our Collective Care online training. This training is funded through the Community Organisation Disaster Adaptation (CODA) Project funded by the Australian Government and the NSW Government.

Collective care asks us to look beyond individual self-care and toward the cultures and practices that shape our workplaces. This workshop recognises the important shift toward employer responsibility in creating psychologically safe workplaces. It moves beyond framing burnout and vicarious trauma as individual failings or the result of insufficient self-care and instead explores organisational and collective approaches that support long-term sustainability in community work.

Participants will be invited to consider how organisational culture, systems, and shared responsibility can better support the wellbeing of those doing this vital work. The training consists of one online session facilitated by Carolyn Cousins from Tuned In Consulting.

Training Date

Wednesday 21 Oct 2026 (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

About the Training
