Event description
We need leadership and communication for the future.
The future of work requires different ways of working, different skills and different leadership. We need leaders of organisations, governments and communities to lead and communicate in a more human way.
Being human is in our nature but along the way through industrialisation and demands of today, we have moved away from the collective, connecting, kind and courageous type of leadership that we will need to take on future world challenges.
WHAT IS HUMAN LEADERSHIP?
Definition Humanly: From a human point of view, in a human manner.
The style of a leader, what they embody on the inside, only comes to life, when they start to communicate. Leadership lives in the followers, so the collective is about not only leadership inner development - from human view point, but how they bring to life a human way of communicating- in a human manner. We need…
More Courage
More Compassion
More Curiosity
More Creativity and
More Human Connection
But many leaders and organisational cultures are not there yet, communication is a challenge, especially during change. But more change is coming. I believe that we can tackle problems when we share them and work together toward integrate solutions.
We care about and want to develop a more human style of leadership.
