Introduction to Colour and the Aura

Have you ever wondered what your colours say about you, or what your auric field actually is? This hands-on, one-day workshop is for you.

This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners, no experience needed, just curiosity. It's just as suited to those with some experience, keen to explore developing their intuition through colour. Either way, it's a calm, grounded day to explore colour as a simple, everyday tool, one you can use to support yourself and strengthen how you communicate.

What We'll Explore Together:

• The Language of Colour: What colours mean, and how you can use that meaning to support yourself or communicate more clearly.

• The Auric Field: We all have an auric field, a natural energy that surrounds us. Whether you're certain about it or hold a healthy skepticism, it's there. Its colours shift depending on what you're going through, and can point to what you need most.

• Your True Potential: Learning to read and use colour is a practical way to connect with your own potential.

• Your Intuition: Working with your auric field is a gentle, natural way to start trusting your own intuition.

There's no pressure to perform, no heavy spiritual jargon, and no expectation that something dramatic has to happen. Just bring your curiosity and come along.
