Event description
Don your whitest of white clothes and get multi-coloured!
To celebrate Youth Week 2025, join us at Colour Fest a Colour Run with a fun obstacle course, copious amounts of Holi colour powder, live bands and a DJ duo.
Teams of up to four people are invited to compete in the first Colour Run Relay Championship where you can compete for glory, prizes, medals and trophies 🏆🏅

Then, take your marks, get set, GO 🚀... and let the free-for-all EXPANDED Colour Run fun begin. Dash through the park while we dust you in colour powder. How fast can you complete the course? Can you do it more than once? Join in on fun obstacle course activities, recharge with food and refreshments, and finish off with a selfie at the Colour Run Fashion Wall 📷

Program for the day:
1:00PM: Callow (local young band - come and support them, they'll appreciate it)
1:15pm: Colour Run Relay Championship
2:00PM: Retail Therapy (band)
2:30PM: Colour Run (with DJ Duo Akimba)

The event is a YOUTHWEEK "all ages" event and is alcohol and drug free.

Stuff to keep in mind:
- White clothes for the best multicoloured effect
- Not your favourite shoes
- You can run the Colour Run route as many times as you like
- Full eye cover safety glasses are ideal but some cheap sunnies will do as well ($4 safety glasses from Bunnings)
- Some people like to wear a bandanna (to keep stuff out of their nose/mouth while they’re laughing and screaming)
- A towel or two (to dry off but also to line your car seat if you’re driving)
- Baby wipes are handy to clean up
- Spare set of clothes if you need to look presentable to the world later
- The Holi Powder Paint is non-toxic, bio-degradable and washes out (Cornstarch and Food Colour)
