Colours of Connection Paint & Sip

Join us for a night of creativity & connection. Bring your Mum or Daughter to our paint & sip event, raising funds for Stand Tall. 

The event will take place on the 8th of April 6:30pm - 9:00pm in the Miami Rice function room on the top level of Hotel Steyne. 

We welcome any mother daughter relationship however that may look. Bring your Grandmother, Granddaughter, a mother figure etc!

We encourage you to wear florals or colourful clothing to help Stand tall with us. We have partnered with LSKD to provide you with some free goodies.

Raffle tickets to win a prize from LSKD will be available to purchase on the night card only. 

Whats included:

• Complementary glass of bubbly upon arrival 
• 1x Vase & 1x canvas bag to paint and share with your Mum/Daughter
• All paints & materials provided 

Additional drinks & food can be purchased via a QR code at your table on the night.

• Our venue Hotel Steyne is accessible with an elevator, ramps and accessible toilets
• Doors will open at 6:15pm with a start time of 6:30pm

Event Terms and Conditions 

1. Event Details 

These Terms and Conditions apply to Colours of Connection (Mother-Daughter Paint & Sip), organized by Kayla Whitehall (Event Manager), taking place on 08/04/2025 at The Steyne Hotel. By attending the Event and participating in the raffle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

2.1. The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated. 

2.2. Employees of the Organizer, event sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2.3. Only attendees of the Event are eligible to enter the raffle. 

3. How to Enter 

3.1. Each attendee may receive one raffle ticket (two raffle tickets per ticket purchase). 

3.2. Raffle tickets must be obtained before the designated cut-off time of 11:59 PM on 06/04/2025. 

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter unless specified otherwise. 

3.4. Attendees can purchase extra raffle tickets at event prior to raffle draw. 

4. Raffle Draw and Prize 

4.1. The raffle draw will take place at 8:00 PM on 08/04/2025 at The Hotel Steyne. 

4.2. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 

4.3. The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 

4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value. 

5. Winner Notification 

5.1. The winner(s) must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize unless otherwise stated. 

5.2. If the winner does not claim their prize within five minutes, a redraw may occur at the discretion of the Organizer. 

5.3. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving their prize. 

6. Liability and Disclaimers 

6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged raffle tickets. 

6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the Event or the raffle prize. 

6.3. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release the Organizer from any claims related to the prize. 

7. Privacy 

7.1. Personal information collected during the raffle entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

7.2. By participating, attendees consent to the Organizer using their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. 

8. Changes and Cancellations 

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice. 

8.2. Any changes will be communicated via Official Social Media Announcements and/or direct email. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney.
