Colours of Motherhood Photography Exhibition Launch

Feel seen, and feel validated in your motherhood journey. This exhibition shares the stories of fifteen diverse mums, who have each contributed a story about a challenge they've experienced in motherhood. Rachel, from Scribbly Gum Photography has then created an unapologetic photo that represents their story.

Story topics include:
– Post partum depression
– Hyperemesis gravidarium
– Disability diagnosis of a child
– School refusal
– Breastfeeding challenges
– Cultural differences between generations
– Fertility challenges
– Mothering with twins

Babies & kids are welcome, 14 years and under are free.

About Rachel, from Scribbly Gum Photography
Rachel is a mum of 3 busy boys, one toddler and two primary kids. While being their mum brings her so much joy, she also find it incredibly overwhelming. Rachel is a creative photographer and experienced business owner. She has received numerous photography awards, including taking out second place in the highly prestigious Icon International Photography Awards in 2023. This was an extra special award, because it was for the first image she created for this project, and it was of herself.

Be sure to come along and see it in print at the exhibition!

Book your ticket, see what other events we have coordinated, then share it to your friends!

Can I Bring My Baby?
Babies and toddlers are welcome, but may need to be held in arms depending on the amount of space we have. Feeding is always welcome.
