Come and Try - Wellbeing Fitness Program
Event description
Physical activity is so important. We believe in making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We encourage all students to come and experiment with different forms of movement with us during July and August 2024. These are judgement free, FUN, sweat sessions where you can find out what works best for you and take a step towards a healthier and happier you.Â
Join us for a session and stay for a coffee and chat afterwards - on us! Vouchers will be handed out after each session.
This program is a collaboration between Adelaide University Sport & Fitness and The Student Wellbeing Team.Â
