My name is Rose, and I love to boogie, shake, and play. I need a midweek outlet for all this juice, and I'd love for you to join me :)

The hour will be a combination of guided movement, freeform expression, and playful activity. Let's dance, shake off the stress, and have a ball! Glitter, glitz, and costume encouraged.
