Description

Come’n’Try Mat Pilates Classes

3 monthly 60min Mat Pilates Classes over Spring (Sept, Oct and Nov).

Attend one or all classes. All levels of fitness and Pilates welcome. Classes will be appropriate for those new to Pilates. Connect mind and body. Increase your core strength, body balance and awareness. Tone and strengthen your whole body.

Lead by Mat Pilates expert, Bec Fletcher, (over a decade of teaching experience).

BYO exercise mat. Wear comfortable clothing. Other Pilates equipment and props provided.

Dates: Saturdays 10:15-11:15am on: 14th Sept, 12th Oct, 9th Nov

Bookings required, Free event: maximum of 15 places per class
