Comedy on Elm Street: Paul Nardizzi, Jim McCue, Dan Donahue and Jim Bishop

Comedy returns to the renovated Elm Draught House Cinema, 35 Elm Street, Millbury MA on Saturday, April 26 with headliners Paul Nardizzi and Jim McCue, plus the outstandingly funny Dan Donahue and Jim Bishop. It's a late show in a great, fun environment with a sharp, friendly comedy audience. 

Showtime is 9:30 and tickets are $20 in advance.

Paul Nardizzi can be heard regularly on SiriusXM Satellite radio and is the creator/headliner on the Ranting Parents Comedy Tour. He has made multiple standup appearances on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Comedy Central, and Fox Sports' Best Damn Sports Show Period, as well as regional appearances on NESN. A former winner of the Boston Comedy Festival, he’s also a frequent performer at the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival and is scheduled to perform this summer at the Cotuit Comedy Festival on Cape Cod. Nardizzi is in demand for theater shows, corporate functions, colleges, golf tournaments, and fundraisers. He’s a prolific author of humor books, including 602 Reasons to be Ticked Off.

Jim McCue is a towering presence, both literally (he’s 6-foot-6) and figuratively. Known for his razor-sharp wit and masterful crowd work, Jim blends A-list material with off-the-cuff improv, making every show unique. His itinerary includes Boston, New York, Las Vegas, Dublin, Montreal, and Edinburgh. Scotland. Major TV appearances include Comedy Central, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Fox News’ RedEye, AXS TV’s Live at Gotham and NESN’s Roughing It. In addition to his stand-up success, McCue is the founder of the Boston Comedy Festival, and he gained viral fame with the DryBar Comedy special Nothing Personal, which racked up more than 5 million views.

 Man-mountain Dan Donahue works in theaters around New England as the opener for Juston McKinney, and he’s also shared the stage with Boston headliners such as Jimmy Dunn, Mike McDonald, Christine Hurley, Mike Donovan, Paul Nardizzi and Dave Rattigan. He was selected for the prestigious Hampton Beach Comedy Festival in 2022, and acted in the independent horror-comedy short film Mars Hill Bait & Tackle.

A North Shore native and one of New England’s most electrifying comedians, Jim Bishop is a longtime favorite on the comedy scene, performing at clubs and private events from Rhode Island to Maine. He’s a former winner of the Merrimack Valley’s Funniest Comedian contest, and a frequent performer at the annual Boston Comedy Festival.
