Coming Home is an invitation to start the conversation about the inner journey of returning to your authentic self and enquiry discovering your deep sense of belonging in the world.

How do you tune into your own souls radio and really listen to what you need for own peace?

Dance and Art are doorways to the unconscious and can illuminate deep longings, support creativity and lead to connection with self and others.

Using these visceral processes we can integrate our lived experience.

The workshop is embedded in Open Floor practice and is held by two experienced by Open Floor facilitators.

Who is this workshop for?

Anybody who is curious about the wisdom that is available when we listen to our body and wants to explore that through movement and art making.

No previous experience needed.

Schedule:

10 am Arrival Dance and Art

12.30 - 1.15pm Lunch - Please bring your own

1.15 - 4.30pm Going into the deeper part of the process with a short Afternoon Tea break (snacks and tea provided) and closing ritual
