This is the place to be if you want to down-regulate your nervous system and connect with a bunch of like-minded legends.
Conversations will continue at a local cafe afterwards, for anyone who is interested.

This is a pressure-free environment. Every activity is encouraged but completely optional.

Please bring warm clothes, water, a towel, and bathers if you plan to dip in the ocean.

Please complete the liability waiver as part of your booking before attending. 

Please arrive at 7:20am for a 7:30am start.
