Start your Saturday mornings with a community that is focused on creating a safe space for people to connect with themselves and each other.

This is the place to be if you want to down-regulate your nervous system and connect with a bunch of like-minded legends.
Conversations will continue at a local cafe afterwards, for anyone who is interested.

We are breaking down barriers, lifting each other up, and celebrating our holistic growth as a community.
This is a pressure-free environment. Every activity is encouraged but completely optional.

Please bring warm clothes, water, a towel, and bathers if you plan to ice bath or dip in the ocean.

Please complete the liability waiver as part of your booking before attending. 

Please arrive at 7:20am for a 7:30am sharp start. 
Parking - paid parking out the front of the beach or 2P parking behind Seaford shops on Broughton Street or Rowy Street (Off Chapman Avenue)
