Commonwealth Cooking - India
Description
ABOUT OUR CLASS
Join Yvonne for two relaxed cooking sessions as we head to India for the next stop in our Commonwealth Cookery project.
Across the two weeks, we’ll be making savoury sweet potato samosas the first week, sweet cardamom biscuits and a comforting masala chai in the second week.
Come along, have a go, learn a few new recipes and enjoy what we make together. The sessions are open to families and individuals, and all ingredients are provided. No previous cooking experience is needed.
Thursdays, 29th October & 5th November
4.00–5.30pm
Kinvonvie Suite, Lairg Community Centre
Free to book.
