Description
ABOUT THE CLASS
Join tutor Maria on Monday, 21st September from 11:30am - 1.30pm to learn foundational sewing techniques while crafting your own vibrant bunting!
In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore Commonwealth country colours and patterns to design a unique decorative piece.
Throughout the class, you will learn how to prepare fabric, master appliqué techniques, and use the Cricut machine to precision-cut detailed flag designs to apply onto your bunting.
Suitable for both beginners looking to learn the basics and experienced crafters wanting to try new tools!
All materials will be supplied.
In this workshop, we will be using scraps and recycled materials.
As this session is over the lunch period, please bring along lunch or snacks - we will have hot drinks, squash and a small selection of bread and snacks available at the Centre, participants are always welcome to use our kitchen.
