Communicating In Farm Teams

Ever wondered why you can communicate with some members of your family team / family and not others?

This workshop will provide insights into the impact personality types have on how people communicate within a team.

This includes exploring strategies to communicate better with the different personality types in your business.

To get the most out of the session all people in your team are invited to attend.

Once registered for the workshop a link to the Myers Briggs Personality Indicator Test will be sent to all participants to complete prior to the workshop.

The workshop is followed by a BBQ Tea.

This workshop is delivered by Jeanette Long, Ag Consulting Co. Jeanette is passionate about building people skills in agriculture and has a particular interest in working with rural families. Jeanette has worked extensively with WoTL over the last five years especially with rural communities impacted by drought and bushfire.
