Our Opening Tea Party invites you into a soft afternoon of tea sharing, gentle yoga, and creative arts therapy. Together, we’ll sip warm brews, move with mindful presence, and create art as a way of listening to the heart.

This gathering is not about performance or perfection — it is a space to arrive just as you are. Bring your curiosity, your tenderness, your stories, and your cup.
