October Community Breathwork

Community Breathwork with Grace & Emma

An opportunity to slow down and breathe.

Join Grace and Emma for a nourishing community breathwork session in October and November, a space to step out of the busyness of everyday life and spend some intentional time with yourself and others.

We’ll begin with a gentle introduction and some time to settle into the space, followed by a 60-minute guided breathwork journey. We’ll then come back together for an optional time of sharing over a cup of tea.

You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork. Simply come as you are, with an openness to listen to your body and see what unfolds.

Bring along a mat, blanket and water bottle.
