Community Choir Workshop with Elly McK

Community choir workshop with singer-songwriter Elly McK

Join Melbourne singer, songwriter and choir facilitator, Elly McK, for a one-hour community choir workshop at Albany Town Hall.

Together, participants will explore melody, harmony and share the experience of singing together while learning a song by Elly McK & The Unbelievers. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of previous singing or choir experience. Elly is an experienced choir facilitator, and regularly plays Melbourne's bars and bandrooms with her soulful country band The Unbelievers.

The choir will culminate in a special opportunity to perform the song with Elly McK & The Unbelievers that evening at Six Degrees Albany, from 8pm. Workshop participants will be invited to join the band on stage, bringing together voices from the workshop and the musicians for a shared live performance.

An opportunity to learn, connect and experience music in a new way - from the first note in the workshop to the stage in the evening!

Both choir workshop and evening performance are free entry. Registration is required to obtain pre-workshop communication.
