Climate & Nature Capacity Building Programme (West of England): Information Session

These live information sessions will provide more information for community organisations about the Community Climate & Nature Action Capacity Building Programme in the West of England coordinated by Bristol Climate & Nature Partnership with funding from the National Lottery's Climate Action Fund.

The programme will fund and support six community organisations across the West of England to develop, launch and activate community climate and nature action plans with their communities over two years. Two community partners will be funded from each of the following Local Authority areas - Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The programme will run from February 2026 to March 2028 and provides £30K (a £25K bursary + a £5K creative commission), a series of free workshops, peer mentoring and resources to support communities on their climate action journey with their community climate & nature action plan being launched by July 2027.
