Are you keen to learn more about advance care planning, services and community supports available in relation to ageing, loss, dying and grief?

Join a Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership with CWA Gunnedah and the Hunter New England Local Health District.

Community Conversations is an informal education session that brings together palliative care experts and local community members to have open, thoughtful discussions around advance care planning, ageing, dying, and grief. You’ll gain the knowledge and tools in a safe environment to make informed decisions and access the care you need to:

  • Navigate end-of-life matters
  • Understand what palliative care is and how to access
  • Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
  • Learn how to start your advance care plan

Cost: FREE! All participants will receive a free resource kit! Complimentary morning/ afternoon tea will be served.
Who: Everyone is welcome! Anyone who is currently caring for someone with a life-limiting illness, old age or who is wanting to plan and navigate end-of-life affairs.
