Join a FREE Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership Sydney Local Health District.
Community Conversations is a 1.5-hour education session around advance care and end-of-life planning.

Navigate end-of-life matters
Initiate a conversation with loved ones on what matters most to you
Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
Learn how to start your advance care plan
Understand what palliative care is and how to access it

Who: Everyone of all ages is welcome! Active retirees, if you have ageing parents and you need to start thinking about the supports available for them, if you have a serious illness or are currently caring for someone with a serious illness or if you just want to be better informed to support your community.
