Let's talk about planning for the end of life, with the support of community services that assist with aging, loss, dying, and grief.
Join a FREE Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership with Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
Community Conversations is an informal education session that brings together palliative care experts and local community members to have open, thoughtful discussions around advance care planning, ageing, dying, and grief. You’ll gain the knowledge and tools in a safe environment to make informed decisions and access the care you need to:
- Navigate end-of-life matters
- Understand what palliative care is and how to access
- Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
- Learn how to start your advance care plan
Whether you’re caring for aging parents or a loved one with a life-limiting illness, a retiree or simply want to be better prepared, a Community Conversation offers invaluable guidance.
All participants will walk away with a free resource kit and the confidence to navigate life’s most difficult transitions.

Who: Everyone is welcome. Anyone who is currently caring for someone with a life-limiting illness or old age, retiree, family members or anyone who needs support in planning end-of-life matters.
Cost: FREE! Complimentary morning tea will be served.
