Join Chontelle and the community this November on a four week family yoga journey where we invite imagination and foster safety to share, create and play in a connective group setting.

Unleash the inner child, Connect deeper with family and community, experience a range of breath work, yoga, games, art & adventure therapy and explore different co-regulation techniques to implement at home and share with others.

This offering is 4x community yoga classes facilitated in a park setting as well as a weekly newsletter for parents/ carers full of relevant tips, tricks and info to create more calm in daily life.

Each community yoga class will be held at 4pm every Saturday of November.

BYO: Yoga mat/ Towel/ picnic rug, water bottle, big smiles

This program is designed for kids around age 5-12 and their families, but by all means if you have little ones or teens bring them along too to join the fun. This program would be especially helpful for children or families where the following is present; Anxiety, Autism, learning disability, sensory processing difficulties etc.

There is no right or wrong way to go about this offering, it is intended to be available for all of those who need it.

Please not that each person attending must complete the online medical information form prior to arriving.
