Community Festival at Dance Art Etc

Join us in celebrating our first birthday at Dance Art Etc in this wonderful Weekend Festival Fundraiser! 

DAE is at risk of being closed down permanently so we are throwing this fundraiser to raise back some money to be able to support it's continuation. An entire weekend of an assortment of dance, art and body work classes and workshops from incredible local facilitators. Below you will find all the details - enjoy reading through it and we look forward to seeing you there!

SATURDAY ($49 INLCUDES Lunch & Evening Event. You can choose to stay all day and night or you can just come to your favourite workshops, but this ticket is a pass for the entire day)

10:30am Energising yoga with Phillipa (please bring a yoga mat)

11:30am Flash mob workshop with Nat (please bring some water)

12:15pm Lunch is served (included in the ticket) 

12:45pm Zenthai flow with Dani (please bring a yoga mat & wear comfortable clothing)

2:00pm Art workshop - Creative Mindfulness Art Workshop 

3:30pm Authentic dance experience with Sara

DINNER BREAK - A chance to venture out and get some dinner from some of our local restaurants (highly recommend Italian Pizzeria Maiori 

5:30pm Doors Open 

6:00pm Live Music with BUSHLARK: Local trio that bring eclectic, jazz inspired fusion tunes that will get your feet tapping!

7:00pm LIVE DJ SET with the theme: Celebration! This is a celebration of our first birthday at Dance Art Etc and we invite you to dress up in something that inspires the theme of celebration - whatever that may look like! Similar to an ecstatic dance, this evening event will be guided by DJ Whitecalf & DJ Munyous!

SUNDAY ($49 this covers the entire day on Sunday and you can choose to stay for all of it or not)

9:00am Blissful Intuitive Yoga Flow with Chantel (please bring a yoga mat)

10:30am Painting with Purpose guided by Tae and feat live music from Nienke (please bring a canvas - all other materials provided)

12:30pm Morning tea (BYO)]

12:45pm Song Circle & Sound Healing collaboration (feat Bel, Tyler, Rosie & Nienke)

2pm Close

All proceeds go towards DAE & will allow us to keep flourishing as a community

All activities in the space are from our local or inhouse facilitators
