• 5.30pm to 6.30pm - Networking, food, have a put and bar open for private purchases.

• 6.15pm to 6.30pm - Presentation by Paracombe Primary students

• 6.30pm to 6.50pm - Welcome and council update.

• 6.50pm to 7.10pm - Community presentations.

• 7.10pm to 7.50pm - Breakout networking and engagement activities.

• 7.50pm to 8.00 - Forum wrap up and home time.
