WEOC Community Forum: Tariffs, Trade and Canadian Women Entrepreneurs
Event description
Headlines and discussions over the past few weeks have been dominated by talk of tariffs and trade. How is this is impacting Canadian women entrepreneurs?
Join Women’s Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC) for a Virtual Community Forum, bringing together industry experts, business leaders and women entrepreneurs for an exchange of insights and ideas.
We want to hear how the tariff uncertainty is impacting your business. What are your concerns, what strategies are you implementing, what questions do you have?
- The community forum will be led by facilitator Leah Gilbert Morris, Vice-President Public Affairs and International Relations, Export Development Canada
- Panelists include: Marwa Abdou, Senior Research Director, Business Data Lab, Canadian Chamber (more to come).
By participating, you'll help shape an ongoing dialogue with government to ensure women entrepreneurs receive the support they need. WEOC will use your input to develop a report for policymakers, amplifying the experiences and priorities of women entrepreneurs across the country.
Please consider joining the conversation. There is no cost to attend, but space is limited.
If you are unable to join us on March 26, please share your questions and comments at Tariffs, Trade and Women Entrepreneurs Questions and Comments. We will make every effort to get you the information you need.
