Community Grief Circle

This little circle is an opportunity to honour our losses in a supportive community. Climate and ecological grief brings us together, but all losses including social, political, and personal, past, present, and future, are welcome.

A time for poetry, music, ritual, compassionate listening and sharing.

Letting our grief flow together brings release and belonging, however it can also be super squirmy for many of us who have not had experience of being open and vulnerable with others. This free circle therefore takes place online to offer a gentle and accessible chance to practice being with our pain amongst others —with anonymity and cameras off if you prefer.
