Kinesiology is all about movement – of emotion, energy and frequency – what is stuck, old, hot, blocked or stagnating inside you can be shifted, moved, cooled and cleared.

You may be going through change that is confusing and has put you off balance…
You may be experiencing emotions that you don’t know how to be with…
You may not feel safe in your skin…
You may be feeling tight and heavy and not sure how to move differently…

Kin 4 Calm, Community Kinesiology Class, offers you respite from the noise of life, a gentle leading to can sink into calm, and a powerful release of your inner-wisdom, intuition and self-trust.

This group is where wisdom and change can be spoken of together... where fear and courage are held in one hand... where past, present and future become one...

What will it be like?

Not a 'workshop' style event, but more like a 'circle' event - where there is room for inner contemplation, awareness and also room to be curious and courageous, attending to the needs of your mind, body and spirit.

You may have never experienced Kinesiology before - come! You will fall in love with a new way of being!

Each month you will be led using the many Kinesiology tools – including acupressure, essential oils, flower essences, sound, colour, light and guided meditation, so that you leave feeling calmer, moving freely and lighter is spirit.

🔸You may want to know what Kinesiology is, and experience it for the first time,

🔸you may be an old hand at it, and just want a quick calm-session.

All are welcome, all parts of you are welcome at this small and intimate group – maximum 5 participants.

You will be lead through a themed focus – each month being different a different focus and a different goal – you will set an intention or goal for that theme, and be guided into the energetic transformation you desire.

All participants will be in circle, laying or sitting on the floor, or sitting on chairs (depending on preference), for a comfortable and easy melt into the calm that Lisa presents.
