Event description

Another Kirtan is coming to the Nambucca Valley. 

On Thu, 5 June 2025 at 6pm we will gather in devotional song. This time we will be at Kathy Burst's beautiful Hot Hub in Nambucca. Musician extraordinaire Gini Cook (guitar) and myself (harmonium) will guide you through a colourful collection of mantras to lift our spirits and to elevate together as a community. We can't wait to see you and are looking forward to singing with you in Nambucca Heads.

Kirtan is the practice of devotional chanting. It is a meditative form of Bhakti Yoga in which we together as community will chant mantra (sacred sound vibrations) in order to transcend every-day consciousness, to elevate our spirits and open our hearts.
