Community Relaxation Sound Bath

This Community Relaxation event at Energy Sound Heal is deeply nurturing, and calming and as you rest, the sounds assist the realignment of your bio/energy systems.

You get to have the opportunity to lie down and rest on a Yoga mat with head cushion and a cosy warm rug while receiving gentle acoustic surround sounds that allows your body to slip into deep relaxation. 

A great way to give yourself time out and to surrender to your own healing processes.

So what happens? You will be enveloped with the wonderful sounds of instruments such as Therapeutic Percussion, Voice, Himalayan & Crystal bowls and more.

You will find us in the suburb of Glenalta and we will get back to you with confirmation of your booking with venue address asap. 

We supply mat, cushion and rug but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
