Workshop Facilitators:

Doug Halloran is Treatment and Recycled Water Planning Coordinator with Barwon Water. Doug’s role is to lead the preparation of strategies and plans to achieve Barwon Water’s water recycling targets. He is also responsible for preparing master plans for Barwon Water’s treatment facilities to cater for growth and achieve Barwon Water’s refreshed 2030 strategy. Doug holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental) and loves being out meeting people and businesses interested in using recycled water.

Emma Homes is a member of Barwon Water’s Education Team, which promotes water literacy by providing free tours and talks for school and community groups across the region. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Marketing, and enjoys being out in nature in her spare time.
