We know when the not-for-profit sector thrives, the whole community benefits.

Over the next five years, IRCF Victoria and the Swan Hill community will work together to strengthen Swan Hill's NFP sector, to work collectively and advocate more effectively on shared issues, contributing to a flourishing community to achieve long-term impact across agreed priority areas.

The workshop will:

• Create a shared vision for your community
• Identify agreed goals for the NFP Sector
• Develop a map of community assets
• Prioritise next best steps for the IRCF program in Swan Hill
