Ah moisture this Spring in Northern AZ- amazing!  As we move towards the Summer Solstice, we are invited to soak up the potency of a morning practice with participation in the Community Sadhana.  By making the consistent commitment of showing up for just 30 minutes on your mat, we get to choose the template for our day.  

An ever evolving and expanding team of teachers support the morning Community Sadhana as they work in unison to provide the foundation of a dedicated morning practice 6:30 - 7 am weekdays.  

Abby's all levels yoga class combines inspirations from Hatha, Kundalini, Sattva and other movement practices to support the beginning of your day. The combined benefits of movement, strength, mediation and breath accelerate you into your day for a month, May 12-June 6. 

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas!  Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks.  Don't like sitting on the ground?  You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.  

Class is offered weekdays 6:30 - 7 am via Zoom.  A recording will be given each week. 

With this registration, sign up for the whole month for just $3 per class.  Option to purchase 1 week or single class as desired.  See checkout for details to join the community online.
