After a bit of a break as I transitioned to Sedona, I am thrilled to support the Community Sadhana once again. Returning to this roll is a blessing as we all transition to Fall on the heals of the full moon. Starting the lunar cycle by making the consistent commitment of showing up for just 30 minutes on your mat, we get to choose the template for our day.

An ever evolving and expanding team of skillful teachers support the morning Community Sadhana as they work in unison to provide the foundation of a dedicated morning practice 6:30 - 7 am weekdays.

Abby's all levels yoga class weaves inspirations from Hatha, Kundalini, Sattva and other movement practices to support a practice of devotion to begin your day. The combined benefits of movement, strength, mediation and breath will land you into your day with more presence for the two weeks from September 8 - 19.

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.

Class is offered weekdays 6:30 - 7 am via Zoom. A recording will be given each week.
