Community Screening of 'Rachel's Farm'
Event description
As entertaining as it is educational, Rachel’s Farm follows actress Rachel Ward’s discovery of the true state of her land, and her determination to fix it the right way, mistakes and all. What happens to her farm, and how quickly, is incredible.
Regenerative agriculture is a way of farming that builds resilience into farms by restoring landscapes, strengthening ecosystems, and balancing the water cycle. It’s farming that benefits community, improves human and animal health, increases profits, and supports local economies.Â
Please join us in Jiggi, Sunday 8th December at 5pm to view this very special and important film. We have a line up of guest speakers who have experienced the before and after results of regenerative practices on their farms. There will be a Q&A after the film, and the opportunity to meet and mingle. For the less talkative, there will also be an information table.
A light supper will be available by donation.
We hope you can come.
