How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Document shredding

Shred your personal and confidential documents for free at Kew Depot Recycling Drop-off Centre on Saturday 21 June from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm.

We're partnering with iShred to provide a secure and confidential document shredding service on-site using their shredding truck.

This event is exclusively for Boroondara residents (no businesses).

How does it work?

  • Pick a 15-minute time slot between 10.30am and 1.30pm using the registration button below.

  • If your first choice isn’t available, please select the next best time.

  • Be sure to arrive on time.

  • Drive through the depot and hand your documents to the on-site staff to place in into the wheelie bins. Accepted documents are listed below. 

  • Full bins will be lifted into the truck for shredding.

  • Each resident can bring up to 2 archive boxes of documents. There's no need to remove staples or paper clips.

  • All shredded paper will be recycled.
